2．确认网上银行支付成功
如果系统没有提示支付失败或成功，可通过电话、ATM 、柜台或登录网上银行等各种方式查询银行卡余额，如果款项已被扣除，网上支付交易应该是成功的。如果出现信用卡超额透支、存折余额不足、意外断线等导致支付不成功，请您登录北大法律信息网重新提交订单，重新完成支付。
3．网上支付不能成功的原因有哪些？
A． 电脑没有接入INTERNET或其访问区域受限；
B． IE版本过低，密码位数不足，IE参数设置不正确；
C． 提交订单后，进入网银在线安全支付平台。您选择好进行网上支付的银行，进行网上支付的安全系统认证连接时（即点击选择的银行支付通道后），大约需30秒或更长的时间，中途若出现网络通信故障（上网速度过慢、modem掉线、或在访问受限制的局域网内等），会导致提交中断或失败；
D． 进行网上支付的安全系统认证连接时（即点击选择的银行支付通道后），您进行刷新连接页面的操作，出现系统提示：“订单重复错误”。该设置是为防止网上的一些不正规的行为导致银行结算的发生。请重新下订单进行在线支付；
E． 输入的支付卡的帐号和密码不正确；
F． 使用的支付功能未经过银行认证；
G． 支付卡上的金额不足以支付购物款；
H． 使用的支付卡不正确等。
4．如何对银行卡进行自我保护？
A． 尽量在不同场合使用有所区别的密码；
B． 牢记密码数字，如作记录则应妥善保管；
C． 密码不得告诉他人，包括自己的亲朋好友；
D． 在用户登录或网上支付密码输入时，应防止左右可疑的人窥视；
E． 预留密码时不要选用您的身份证、生日、电话、门牌、吉祥、重复或连续等易被他人破译的数字。建议选用既不易被他人猜到，又方便记忆的数字；
F． 发现泄密的危险时，及时更换密码；
G． 不定期更换密码。
H． 注意电脑中是否有键盘记录或远程控制等木马程序，使用病毒实时监控程序和网络防火墙，并注意升级更新。

如果您想查询订单处理情况，可以通过三种方式查询：
（1）网银在线商户管理后台中查询；
（2）致电网银在线客户服务中心电话查询；
（3）通过传真或电子邮件发 E_mail至service@chinabank.com.cn的方式查询。

This most often caused by one of the following reasons:
Your recipient might not register his PayPal with the same email address that you used to transfer the money. The recipient simply needs to add this email address to his account (eight addresses maximally) and confirm the new email address. The money will then immediately appear in their balance.
The recipient may not confirm his email address. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the user has completed the registration process by confirming their email address.

You can exchange your account currency into the desired currency by following these steps:
Log in to your PayPal account and click “Paying” at the top of the page.
Enter the payment details, select the currency from the list, and click “Continue”.
Review your payment and click “Paying”.
A exchange fee will be charged if your payment requires currency conversion. To learn more about the fee details, please refer to the ‘Fees’ section in the ‘User Agreement for PayPal Services’ at the bottom of PayPal page.
Tips: Argentina, Brazil and Malaysia's PayPal account can't use currency conversion functions.

How to view a purchased document in full text
1． 直接查看所购法规：在您网上支付成功后，将出现一个页面，页面上有一链接，您点击链接即可立即查看本篇法规
Directly view purchased laws & regulations: After successfully
submitting your online payment, a page containing a link will appear. Click on the
link to view the purchased document.
2． 从您的E-mail中接收所购法规：您的E-mail将收到一封邮件，邮件中有一链接，您点击链接即可立即查看本篇法规
View purchased laws & regulations via email: You will receive
an email containing a link. Click on the link to view the purchased document.
3． 网上支付成功后，如果不能正常直接查看所购法规，建议您从您的E-mail中接收所购法规，如您并没收到该邮件请致电010-82668266-117
If you are unable to view your purchased documents after successfully
submitting an online payment, please try viewing them through your email. If you
did not receive an email containing the link to your purchased documents, please
call 010-82668266-117.
4． 无论是直接查看所购法规，还是从您的E-mail中接收所购法规，其链接有效期为30天，过期点击这一链接将不能查看全文
The link containing your purchased documents will only be available
for 30 days regardless of your viewing method. You will not be able to view your
documents in full text after this period.
